I am an Industrial Designer by trade with over a decade’s worth of applying the user-centered design approach to products at small startups to fortune 500 companies in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer, Industrial, and Packaging sectors.
Communication is key to any successful relationship - I believe design is just another form of communication. Making sure your product is communicating the right message to your customer is key to building that relationship.
By using research early on and proven frameworks to help remove subjectivty and align on design decisions based on fact versus opinion, I am able achieve a companies business goals, navigate the technical challenges, and deliver a better user experience.
